- •All patients >18 years diagnosed with acute moderate
- •and severe pancreatitis as per the revised Atlanta classification.
排除标准
- •-Duration of symptoms for more than 7 days.
- •-Hypersensitivity to LMWH or radiocontrast agents
- •-Pregnant or breastfeeding
- •-Patients in coagulopathy (INR)
- •-patients with Chronic liver disease (USG Liver)
- •- Patients with thrombocytopenia (BT/CT)
- •-Patients with diabetic nephropathy (Urine PCR)
- •-Patients on ACE inhibitors/aldosterone receptor antagonists
- •-Diagnosed with hemorrhagic pancreatitis/pseudoaneurysm in imaging
