入选标准
- •-Patients of both sexes, aged between 18-80 years.
- •-San Gabriel Clinic or San Pablo-Surco Clinic, inpatients or outpatients.
- •-Patients with chronic pulmonary disease (including Bronchiectasis, tuberculosis specific sequel, fibro-thorax, diffuse interstitial lung disease, COPD).
- •-Patients who have one or more of the following malnutrition or nutritional risk conditions:
- •oBMI<21 Kg/m2 or <23 Kg/m2 in patients ≥65 years old;
- •oInvoluntary weight loss >10% in past 6 months or >5% in last month;
- •oFFMI in women <15 Kg/m2, in men <16 Kg/m2.
- •-Patients who signed informed consent
排除标准
- •-Patients unstable clinically.
- •-Patients requiring taking other nutritional supplements or parenteral nutrition.
- •-Patients diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis.
- •-Patients who suffer acute respiratory failure.
- •-Patients with immuno-depression (including HIV, diabetes or Neoplasms).
