•1. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of metabolic syndrome in western medicine;
•2. Those who meet the above diagnostic criteria of liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome;
•3. Subjects aged between 18 and 70 years with independent behavior ability;
•4. Those who can understand the whole process of this study and have informed consent.

•1. Pregnant or lactating women;
•2. Patients with serious complications or complications of the disease, or patients with other serious primary diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, mental illness, or allergic constitution and multi drug allergy;
•3. Patients with poor compliance, loss of follow-up or failure to provide relevant materials;
