- •1. Patients undergoing lower abdominal surgery
- •2. Patients with ASA status 1-2
- •3. Patients in the age group of 18-35 years
- •4. Patients who have given informed and written consent
排除标准
- •1. Patients with spinal deformity
- •2. Patients with allergy to study drugs
- •3. patients with drug / alcohol abuse
- •4. Patients with BMI >29 kg/metre square
- •5. Patients with diabetes mellitus
- •6. Patients with raised intracranial pressure
- •7. Patients with local infection at the site of spinal anaesthesia
- •8. Patients with previous spinal surgery, if any
- •9. Patients on anticoagulants, with coagulopathies
- •10. Patients posted for ceasarean section
