入选标准
- •Being female; aged 18 to 30 years; body mass index (BMI) high than 18; not engaging in regular exercise; not undergoing any type of weight-loss treatment; whether drug, dietary or aesthetic; have signed the informed consent form
排除标准
- •Those who did not attend two consecutive sessions; with uncontrolled systemic arterial hypertension; uncontrolled diabetes; circulatory and hormonal disorders; infections; cardiac or renal pathologies; existence of osteoarticular trauma; using diuretics or corticosteroids; pregnant women
