入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed with mental and behavioural disorder due to use of alcohol dependence syndrome, currently using the substance (F10.24) as per international classification of diseases 10th (ICD-10) clinical description and diagnostic guidelines (WHO, 1993)
- •3 Age between 18 and 50 yrs
- •4. Ready to give informed consent.
- •5.Clinical institute withdrawal assessment for alcohol revised (CIWA-ar) protocol score less than 10.
- •6. Patients on tab naltrexone 50mg/day as an anticraving agent.
排除标准
- •1. Not willing to give consent
- •2.Any other co-morbid substance abuse except nicotine and caffeine
- •3.Participants having any co-morbid psychiatric disorders.
- •4. Participants with hepatic derangements or impaired liver function test (LFT).
- •5. Participants having any contraindication for undergoing HD-tDCS and fMRS study.
