简要总结

Desmopressin has been used to decreased the post biopsy bleeding complication. One RCT in patient with normal renal function has shown that desmopressin had reduced post kidney biopsy bleeding complication in normal functioning kidney. However, there is no prospective trial of desmopression on patient with reduced renal function. Hence we design this study to study the impact of desmopressin in reducing bleeding complication post kidney biopsy in patients with reduced renal function.

•eGFR LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 60ML/MIN PLATELET COUNT >1LACK NORMAL COAGULATION PROFILE BP<140/90.

排除标准

•SOLITARY KIDNEY RENAL CELL CARCINOMA HYDRO/PYONEPHROSIS CONTRATED KIDNEY BILATERAL MORBID OBESITY >40KG/M2 POST RENAL TRANSPLANT SEVERSE NASAL CONGESTION,BLOCKAGE,ATROPHIC RHINITIS SERUM SODIUM<125mEq/L.

INCIDENCE OF POST KIDNEY BIOPSY BLEEDING COMPLICATION (perirenal hematoma, gross hematuria, AV fistula formation, Blood transfusion, arterial embolization or death)

时间窗: at 6 hrs and 24 hrs post biopsy

PREDICTOR OF BLEEDING COMPLICATION(AT 24 HR POST PROCEDURE)
