- •Patients undergoing elective unilateral major breast surgery including mastectomy, mastectomy with sentinel lymph node biopsy and modified radical mastectomy,
- •Age 20 to 65 years old,
- •ASA physical class 1 to 3
排除标准
- •Known allergy to study drugs including nefopam, paracetamol, parecoxib, fentanyl, morphine,
- •Contraindication to nefopam administration,
- •Contraindication to parecoxib administration
