•1. DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression with insomnia disorder of mental disorders in the United States
•2. The 17 item score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD): 24= score > 17
•3. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI):score=7
•4. Age 18-65,No gender limit;
•5. Right handedness,Education level above elementary school;
•6. Those with a disease duration = 2 weeks, = 2 years, who have not received medication, physical or psychological therapy within the last 3 weeks, or those with stable disease, whose original medication regimen has been maintained for at least 3 weeks;
•7. Signed informed consent to voluntarily participate in this study.

•1.Past and current self-inflicted suicidal plans or behaviors, psychotic symptoms;
•2.Previous diagnosis of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or other mental disorder-like illness;
•3.History of significant personality disorder;
•4.History of alcohol or substance abuse;
•5.Previous history of traumatic brain injury, epilepsy;
•6.Liver and kidney insufficiency, metal implants or major diseases of the cardiovascular system;
•7.Those who may have poor compliance or fear of acupuncture;
•8.Left handedness;
•9.Pregnant, pregnant and lactating women.
