- •Patient will be diagnosed as per the diagnostic criteria of PCOS
- •Diagnosis is based upon the presence of any two of the following three criteria
- •(ASRM/ESHRE-2018)
- •1. Oligomenorrhea or anovulation
- •2. Hyperandrogenism (clinical or biochemical)
- •3. Polycystic ovaries diagnosed by USG

- •Primary amenorrhea
- •1. Lactational amenorrhea and pregnancy
- •2. Systemic diseases like HTN, TB, Asthma
- •3. Hyperprolactinemia
- •4. Ovarian tumour
- •5.Uterine synechiae
- •6.Thyroid disease
