- •Failure of conservative treatment for atleast 3months
排除标准
- •Any previous local injection for heel pain
- •Any history of surgery for heel pain
- •Associated pathology involving the foot and ankle
- •Patients with systemic disorder like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, hematological disease or gout
- •Any local skin pathology
- •Any trauma to the foot and ankle
