- •hemorrhoid grade III,IV, age 20-70 years,
- •Exclusion criteria: Presence of anal fissure, Presence of any hemorrhoid or other anorectal diseases, substance abuse or alcohol consumption, pregnancy, presence of cirrhosis, hypersensitivity to Aloe Vera or any other drug.
