This study consists of two phases: an observational phase and a single-arm interventional phase. In Phase 1, qualitative interviews will be conducted to explore the decision-making challenges faced by second-year students in a two-year undergraduate program who are approaching graduation when providing care for people with dementia. In Phase 2, a single-arm intervention will be implemented using an interactive web-based digital clinical decision support training platform. The following research questions will be examined:
- Does the interactive web-based digital clinical decision support training platform significantly improve students' decision-making competency in providing assistance with activities of daily living for people with dementia?
- Does the interactive web-based digital clinical decision support training platform significantly improve students' judgment competency in managing behavioral problems associated with dementia?
- Does the interactive web-based digital clinical decision support training platform significantly improve students' competency in supporting family caregivers experiencing caregiving burden and in connecting them with appropriate resources?

入选标准
- •in Phase 1:
- •Aged 20 years or older.
- •Willing to provide written informed consent.
- •Currently a second-year student in the Department of Gerontology and Health Care Management.
- •Has prior practicum experience in geriatric care or practical experience in dementia care.
- •Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.
- •Inclusion Criteria in Phase 2:
- •Aged 20 years or older.
- •Willing to provide written informed consent.
- •Currently a second-year student in the Department of Gerontology and Health Care Management.
- •Has prior practicum experience in geriatric care or practical experience in dementia care.
- •Voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.
- •Able to operate the information platform.

- •in Phase 1 and 2: Students who have taken a leave of absence from school or who decline to provide informed consent to participate.

1. The Dementia Care Professional Competency Assessment Scale was developed in our previous research supported by the Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology (Grant No. 106-2511-S-255-002-MY3) to assess dementia care competency among students. 2. The original scale contains nine subscales with 74 items. In this study, three subscales comprising 33 items are used. Each item is rated on a 5-point Likert scale from 1 to 5, with higher scores indicating greater dementia care competency.
