- •1. Obese male adolescents, age 13-15 years.
- •2. BMI 1.5 SD above the growth reference data for male aged 6-19 years.
排除标准
- •1. High risk during screening (Physical Acitivity Readiness Questionnaires, PAR-Q+)
- •2. Suffered from muscularskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory system and brain or that could influence the study outcomes.
