- •age range 12-65 years
- •no treatment during the last month
- •Not receiving hormonal drugs such as testosterone

- •Autoimmune diseases and systemic diseases
- •Rosacea or Dermatitis
- •Severe acne vulgaris
- •Receiving systemic corticosteroids or hormonal treatments
