- All
入选标准
- •1. Low back pain with/without leg pain
- •2. Pain score at least 4 out of 10 after conservative treatments (medication, rehabilitation, bed rest)
排除标准
- •1. Previous lumbar spine surgery
- •2. Compression fracture or trauma
- •3. Patients with red flags signs (progressive weakness, infection, tumor, bowel/bladder symptoms)
- •4. Patients diagnosed of systematic inflammatory diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.)
- •5. Contagious disease (COVID-19 infection)
- •6. Allergic to medication
- •7. Diagnosis of depression
- •8. Taking oral steroid medications
- •9. History of prior epidural steroid injection in last three months
