- •1) ages of 40 and under 70 who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- •2) taking one or more diabetic medication
- •3) have HbA1c >7.0% measured in the last 6 months or higher
- •4) using an Android smartphone
排除标准
- •1) have comorbidities that interfere with physical activity
- •2) received acute stage treatment (chemotherapy, intensive care unit treatment, etc.) within the past year
- •3) have cognitive problems that impede communication
- •4) participating in other self-managed studies
