- •? A person who complains of anxiety at least (8 points) on the BAI scale.
- •? A person who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study after reading the research guide and consent form for participation in the study.
- •? Adults between the ages of 18 and 65.
排除标准
- •? A person who complains of anxiety above seriousness (26 points) on the BAI scale.
- •? If there is a limit to understanding and performance of smartphone applications,
- •? If there are restrictions on understanding and responding to questionnaires and applications due to the reason why Korean is not the first language.
