- •1. Only low anal fistula will be taken.
- •2. Patient suffering from bhagandar will be taken.
- •3. Simple anal fistula with palpable induration.
- •4. Patient of bhagandar those medically fit for surgery irrespective of patient either sex, occupation and religion will be included randomly.
排除标准
- •1. High anal fistula.
- •2. Supralevator fistula.
- •3. Scb cutaneous fistula.
- •4. Comlex fistula.
- •5. Fistula other than anorectal region.
- •6. Tuberculosis.
- •7. Osteomyelitis.
- •8. Rectal prolapse.
- •9. Chronic or acute ulcerative colitis.
