入选标准
- •- reflective total 4-nasal symptoms score 2 to 8 per day for 3 consecutive days and score not more than 8 per day
- •- positive skin prick test to aeroallergen at least 1 allergen
- •- stop using antihistamine > 1 week, intranasal corticosteroid > 2 weeks, systemic corticosteroid > 4 weeks
排除标准
- •- underlying disease : chronic lung disease, heart disease, renal disease, liver disease
- •- receive immunotherapy
- •- uncontrolled asthma
- •- receive antidepressant, sedative, anxiolytic, opioids, neuroleptic drugs
- •- nasal polyp, nasal septum deviation, acute or chronic rhinosinusitis
- •- pregnancy or lactation
