- •Single pregnancy
- •Pregnancy age 36-40 weeks
- •Non-reactive test without stress
- •The normality of the basic heart rate of the fetus (110-160)
- •Fetal health according to ultrasound evidence
- •Mother fasting (three hours before the test)
- •Normal body mass index
排除标准
- •Multiple pregnancy
- •Mother's history or suffering from diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, heart, kidney and thyroid diseases
- •The use of painkillers, narcotics and sedatives and drugs affecting uterine contractions by the mother
- •Fetus with intrauterine growth restriction
- •Vaginal bleeding
- •Rupture of water sac or reduction of amniotic fluid
- •Beginning of uterine contractions
- •Allergy to bananas or dates
- •Unwillingness to cooperate
