•1 Patient willing to give voluntary informed consent.
•2 Female patient of age group between 16-45 years (both married and unmarried).
•3 Oligo and/or anovulation.
•4 Polycystic Ovaries confirmed by USG.

•1 Patient who is not willing to give voluntary informed consent.
•2 Women of age <16 and >45 years.
•3 Patient with reproductive system abnormalities like hydrosalpinx endometriosis, adenomyosis, carcinoma and infertility.
•4 Patient with chronic illness like cardiac failure, cirrhosis of liver, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, tuberculosis and chronic renal disease.
•5 Any type of malignancy.
•6 Patient with Positive STDs, HIV, Hepatitis B antigen(HBsAg).
•7 Patient suffering from Adrenal Hyperplasia, severe insulin resistant androgen secreting neoplasm, thyroid abnormalities, Cushing syndrome.
