Comparison of the effects of intra socket application of Ketamine, Tramadol and Diclofenac on post-operative pain after mandibular third molar surgery. A randomized control clinical trial.

The objective of this study is to compare the analgesic efficacy of intra socket application of ketamine, tramadol and diclofenac on post operative pain after mandibular third molar surgery by

·       Assessment and comparison of pain by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) for all the groups after 1 hour, 6 hours and 24 hours postoperatively.

 Â·       No of analgesic tablets used in the first 24 hours for all the groups.
