- •ASA physical status 1 or 2.
- •Posted for elective below umbilical surgeries under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •History of developmental delay/ mental retardation
- •Anomalies of spine and central nervous system
- •Contraindications to regional anaesthesia.
- •History of allergy to drugs used in study.
- •History of bleeding disorders
- •Infection at injection site
- •Patients found unfit for surgery in pre anaesthetic evaluation
