- •First ever ischemic stroke
- •paresis or paralysed upper extremity
- •age between 18-70 years
- •ARA<54 punten
- •MMSE >24 points
排除标准
- •contra indications for TMS: pacemaker, metals, metal valves, craniotomy etc
- •doubts in will...
- •for example: cognitive dysfunction, strong aphasia, co-morbidity etc
- •TIA transient ischemic attack with clinical outcome
- •pre-existent epilepsy
- •pre-existent motor dysfunction (for example poliomyelitis)
- •status after thrombolyse
