- •American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-II patients posted for lower limb surgery under spinal anaesthesia in supine position.
排除标准
- •1. Patients having uncontrolled hypertension.
- •2. Pregnant patient.
- •3. Patient undergoing unilateral spinal anaesthesia.
- •4. Severe cardiovascular disease.
- •5. Autonomic nervous system disorder.
- •6. Patients with BMI > 30 kg/square meter.
- •7. Uncooperative patients.
- •8. Patient refusal to give consent.
