入选标准
- •(1) female adult patients with breast cancer without previous diagnosis of primary brain tumor or brain metastasis
- •(2) diagnosis of mild to moderate Major depressive disorder based on the Structured Clinical Interview for Diagnositc and Statistical Manual of mental disorders-5(DMS-5) Disorders-Clinician Version
- •(3) right-handed
- •(4) no history of psychotropic medication during the last month except for hypnotics (benzodiazepine and Z-drugs)
排除标准
- •(1) past or current episodes of any other psychiatric diagnosis other than major depressive disorder based on the Structured Clinical Interview for Diagnositc and Statistical Manual of mental disorders-5(DSM-5) Disorders-Clinician Version or severe medical illness other than cancer
- •(2) previous diagnosis of primary brain tumor or brain metastasis
- •(3) past or current substance abuse or dependence
- •(4) current psychotropic medication use other than hypnotics (benzodiazepine and Z-drugs were not exclusive)
- •(5) intelligence quotient (IQ) < 80
- •(6) history of head trauma
- •(7) claustrophobia
