- •In order to be eligible for inclusion in this study, a recording has to cover a conversation with a caller between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2026. During the conversation the triage nurse has selected the entrance complaint ‘shortness of breath’ in the NTS system.
排除标准
- •Patients’ age < 18 years.
