入排标准
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1. ASA I-III?, Aged 65-80 years, irrespective of gender;
- •2. scheduled to receive lobectomy or segmentectomy in vedio-thoracoscopic surgery;
- •3. written consent signed;
- •4. immediately tranferred to PACU after surgery.
排除标准
- •1. Chronic opioid abuse; disability;
- •2. Severe clinically cardio-vascular diseases;
- •3. Illiterate patients;
- •4. with coagulation difficulties;
- •5. with poor lung funtion preoperatively;
- •6. expected complicated surgery or expected surgical duration more than 4 hours or expected large hemmorage.
