- •1.Patients scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy
- •2.ASA class I and II
- •3.Age 18-60 years
- •4.Height-150-170cms
- •5.BMI <30kg/m2
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal to participate in study.
- •2.Patient having any spinal deformity.
- •3.Infection at the site of subarchnoid block.
- •4.Patient receiving steroids, analgesics and sedatives.
- •5.Patient having history of endocrine, cardiovascular, renal or CNS disease.
- •6.Patient having history of chronic pain
- •7.Patient having history of allergy to study drugs.
- •8.Patient having psychiatric disorder.
- •9.Any history of clotting or bleeding disorder
