入选标准
- •Adults (aged 18-70years) of either sex ,admitted in ICU and diagnosed as a case of severe acute pancreatitis, defined as persistent single or multiple organ failure for >48hr based on 2012 revision of Atlanta classification.
排除标准
- •1. Refusal for consent
- •2. Pregnant patients
- •3. Any contraindication for Hyperbaric oxygen therapy such as cavitary or current tuberculosis, heart failure, pulmonary edema, acute purulent sinusitis, severe glaucoma, hypercapnic respiratory insufficiency with PCO2 > 60mm Hg, previous rupture of inner earâ??s membrane, sinus bradycardia, inflammation of upper respiratory tract, epilepsy, claustrophobia
- •4. Patient on mechanical ventilation support
