•1. Age between 18 and 65 years
•2. No major untreated diseases with apparently healthy status
•3. No abnormality detected during clinical examination by experts and routine laboratory examinations (complete hemogram, fasting blood sugar, lipid profile, liver enzymes, urine for routine examination and microscopy, electrocardiogram, chest X-ray, ultrasonography of whole abdomen)
•4. Literate patients; ability to read patient information sheet and voluntarily providing with written informed consent

•1. Vulnerable population Ã¢â?¬â?? unconscious, ambulatory, too sick for consultation, differently abled, terminally or critically ill patients, mentally incompetent subjects
•2. Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure
•3. Pregnant and puerperal women, lactating mothers
•4. Tobacco chewing and/or smoking, alcoholism, and/or any other form(s) of substance abuse and/or dependence
•5. Self-reported immune-compromised state (e.g., HIV)
