入选标准
- •1.(ASA) class I–II patients of either sex
- •2.Adult patients of age 18-65 years
- •3.Elective laparoscopic surgeries in Trendelenburg position
排除标准
- •1.ASA grade III-VI patients
- •2.Patients posted for emergency surgeries
- •3.Patients with a history of psychiatric and
- •neurological illness.
- •4.Patients with history of drug dependence, chronic alcoholic, or smoker
- •5.Patients using psychotropic drugs or steroids.
- •6.Change of surgical plan from laparoscopic
- •surgeries to open.
- •7.Refusal to participate in study
- •8.Patients with preoperative MMSE score less than 24 and DOS score > 3
- •9.Visual and hearing impairment
