- •patients, aged 18–65 years and American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II, undergoing orthopedic forearm surgery

- •1) patient with literacy problem
- •2) language difficulties
- •3) Anesthesiologists physical status III or IV
- •4) history of psychotic disease
- •5) alcohol or drug abuse
- •6) hepatic or renal impairment
