- •. Scheduled for CABG surgery
- •2. Either sex
- •3 . Age group 40-70yrs
- •4. Ejection fraction >40%
- •5. ASA Grade II & lll
排除标准
- •1.Patients not willing to participate in study
- •2.Uncooperative patients
- •3.Patients with history of drug allergy to beta blockers.
- •4.Patients with pre-existing, Asthma, Renal or Hepatic dysfunction.
- •5.First degree AV block.
- •6. Heart rate <50 beats per minutes
- •7.Mallampati score more than 2
- •8.Patient contraindicated for beta blocker agents .
- •9.Pregnancy/Lactation
