- •Birth weight (2500g and above)
- •18 to 49 years of age
- •who had perineal pain
排除标准
- •postpartum hemorrhage
- •medical disorders
- •fetal anomaly
- •neonates admitted in the intensive care unit
- •retained placenta
- •consumption of alcohol or continuous drugs
- •rupture membranes >12 hours, 3rd or 4th degree
- •perineal tear
- •perineal hematoma
- •perineal oedema
