- •The patient was diagnosed with parotid cancer and received conservative parotidectomy or superficial parotidectomy and has all the inclusion criteria.
- •1.Tumor confining only in the superficial lobe of the parotid gland confirmed by pre-operative CT scan
- •2.Final histopathological report was high-grade parotid cancer
排除标准
- •1.Age <18 years
- •2.Pregnancy
- •3.Pre-operative ipsilateral facial nerve palsy
- •4.R2 resection (gross residual tumor at parotid bed after primary surgery)
- •5.Tumor extends to deep parotid lobe either tumor extension or deep parotid lymph node involvement
- •6.Non-parotid primary cancer
- •7.History of prior radiation in head and neck
- •8.Receiving concurrent chemotherapy after surgery
