- •2. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •Inability to obtain informed consent.
- •1. Patients on chronic use of opioid or beta blockers.
- •2. Known case of severe mental impairment.
- •3. Known allergy to study medication.
- •4. Inability to comprehend pain assessment preoperatively.
- •5. History of alcohol, drug abuse.
- •6. Received opioid medication within 24 hours before operation.
- •7. Pregnant or breast-feeding females.
- •8. Patients with cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency.
- •9. Patients with difficult airway.
