- •Healthy volunteers above 55 years of age
- •Participants who are interested and willing to participate in study
- •No prior exposure to yoga
- •Able to perform yogic practices
排除标准
- •People addicted to smoking and drinking
- •Subjects with neuro degenerative disorders, stroke, major depressive disorder, psychosis, anxiety disorder, severe hearing and visual impairments
- •Subjects suffering with chronic renal failure
- •Those who have underwent any recent surgery.
- •People with arthritis and any neurological disorders
- •Subjects with inability to perform yogic practices
