- •age between 18 and 65 years,
- •- male gender
- •- Patients of the intervention group and control group I: diagnoses of an alcohol addiction according to ICD 10 and DSM IV
- •- sufficient ability to communicate
- •with the study employee, to answer questions respective questionnaires.
- •- Fully Informed Consent)

排除标准
- •- female gender
- •- axis I diagnosis according to ICD 10 and DSM IV except for a nicotine addiction or abuse (as well as alcohol addiction in the intervention group and control group I
- •- Actual psychotrope medication
- •- internistic diseases, which were contraindications for the forced volume intake
- •- For the alcohol addicted patients: grand mal during detoxification and a delirium tremens
- •- for healty controls: abuse or addiction of alcohol
- •- suicidal tendency and endangerment of others.
- •- drug addiction or abuse except for nictoine
