- •6 months of belonging to a heart group,
- •stable clinical condition,
- •stable medication (see Table 4)
- •NYHA II - III
- •LVEF <=50% (HfmrEF)
- •0.5 watts/kg power

- •unstable angina
- •persistent atrial fibrillation
- •low exercise level
