- •Having pervasive anxiety
- •Healthy vision and hearing
- •Not suffering from specific psychiatric or physical diseases that require the use of drugs or special treatments.
- •Adolescent's conscious desire and her parents' consent to participate in the research
排除标准
- •Use of any drugs and alcoho
- •Suffering from physical or psychiatric diseases in a way that interferes with treatment sessions or requires hospitalization or drug therapy.
- •Being treated with other psychological treatments at the same time
- •Absence of more than two treatment sessions
- •Non-cooperation in doing homework and related exercises
