入选标准

  • Aged 16–40 years
  • Scheduled for isolated arthroscopic Bankart repair for anterior shoulder instability
  • Diagnosis confirmed by orthopaedic surgeon based on clinical assessment and imaging
  • Sufficient English proficiency to provide informed consent and complete outcome measures
  • Able to attend scheduled physiotherapy and assessment sessions at a participating site

排除标准

  • Beighton score greater than or equal to 5/9 (generalised hypermobility)
  • Glenoid bone loss greater than or equal to 15% on pre-operative imaging
  • Concurrent procedures performed at the time of Bankart repair that would require modification of the rehabilitation protocol (e.g. rotator cuff repair, SLAP repair, biceps tenodesis)
  • Prior ipsilateral shoulder stabilisation surgery
  • Significant health comorbidity precluding standard rehabilitation
  • Inability to comply with trial requirements (e.g. planned relocation, unavailability for follow-up)
