入选标准
- •Aged 16–40 years
- •Scheduled for isolated arthroscopic Bankart repair for anterior shoulder instability
- •Diagnosis confirmed by orthopaedic surgeon based on clinical assessment and imaging
- •Sufficient English proficiency to provide informed consent and complete outcome measures
- •Able to attend scheduled physiotherapy and assessment sessions at a participating site
排除标准
- •Beighton score greater than or equal to 5/9 (generalised hypermobility)
- •Glenoid bone loss greater than or equal to 15% on pre-operative imaging
- •Concurrent procedures performed at the time of Bankart repair that would require modification of the rehabilitation protocol (e.g. rotator cuff repair, SLAP repair, biceps tenodesis)
- •Prior ipsilateral shoulder stabilisation surgery
- •Significant health comorbidity precluding standard rehabilitation
- •Inability to comply with trial requirements (e.g. planned relocation, unavailability for follow-up)
