入选标准
- •1.Thai male or female, aged 18-70 years old.
- •2.Chronic hepatitis C which was diagnosed more than 6 months.
- •-Albumin > 3.4 mg/dl - Total bilirubin < 1.5 mg/dl
- •-INR < 1.5 - Platelet > 75,000
- •3.Compensated liver cirrhosis.
- •4.Consent for participation.
- •5.Serum 25 OH vitamin D level < 30 ng/ml.
排除标准
- •1.Underlying disease(s) ; Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, autoimmune disease.
- •2.Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis.
- •3.Pregnancy and/or lactating women.
- •4.Active viral or bacterial infection.
- •5.History of steroids or immunosuppressive therapy
- •6.No history of Pegylated interferons and interferons based therapies, interferons withdrawal at least 6 months, ingestion of drugs potentially capable of interacting with immune system
