入选标准
- •1) Written and informed consent from patients
- •2) Critically ill patients Age >18 or < 60
- •3) All patients having delirium assessed through CAM-ICU scale were considered eligible for the study
- •4) Patients who are verbally responsive, and not having demenî??a wereincluded in the study.
- •5) Diagnosed within five hours of onset of delirium
排除标准
- •1.If they had less than 5 days of ICU stay
- •2.Sensitivity reaction to the melatonin and olanzapine supplement.
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.Previous history of seizure or active seizure
- •5.Unable to assess for delirium
- •6.History of severe cognitive or neurodegenerative disease
- •7.Unable to communicate in English or Hindi
- •8.Absolute contraindication to enteral nutrition
