- •2)Gestational age >37 weeks
- •3)Cephalic Presentation
- •4) Previous one lower segment cesarean section
排除标准
- •1) Previous classical cesarean section.
- •2)Previous uterine surgery- myomectomy/hysterotomy
- •3)Intrauterine death/congenital malformation of fetus
- •4)Inter-delivery interval <18months of previous cesarean Section
- •5)Recurrent indication
- •6)Associated medical or surgical problems
- •7)Placenta praevia
- •8)Cephalopelvic disproportion.
- •9)Previous cesarean with J shaped /T shaped incision.
