入排标准
- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1) Patients aged 65-90 years;
- •2) ASA 1-2 level;
- •3) patients undergoing open spinal surgery;
- •4) Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.
排除标准
- •1) patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness;
- •2) communication barriers;
- •3) cannot be fixed in the same position for a long time;
- •4) a history of acupuncture within 6 months;
- •5) previous history of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease or epilepsy;
- •6) obese, with BMI > 35kg/m2;
- •7) preoperative use of hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;
- •8) preoperative use of anticholinergic drugs;
- •9) patients with preoperative cognitive impairment.
