入选标准
- •Clinically diagnosed patients of UTI with the help of subjective
- •and objective parameters.
- •Patients of either gender.
- •Patients in the age group of 20 to 60 years.
- •Patients who give written consent.
- •Non diabetic
- •Subjective criteria
- •It includes:
- •1. Dysuria
- •2. Frequency of micturition
- •3. Fever with or without chills
- •4. Suprapubic pain
- •Objective criteria
- •1. Urine: routine and microscopic.
- •2. CBC with ESR
排除标准
- •Patients below 20 years of age.
- •Patients above 60 years of age.
- •Pregnant & lactating mothers.
- •Patients with diabetes mellitus.
- •Patient suffering from any congenital abnormality of urinary tract.
- •Patients suffering from renal failure or CKD.
- •Patients of obstructive uropathy.
- •Patients who have been taken prior antibiotics within 2 weeks
- •for the same.
- •Mentally retarded patients.
- •Patients with evidence of severe UTI.
- •Patients who fail to give consent.
- •Patients who fail to follow up
