入选标准
- •HK citizens with the HK Identity Card;
- •Aged 18 or above on the date of attendance;
- •Persons who attended HA SOPCs in selected sampling month and able to be contacted within 2 weeks after attendance;
- •Able to listen and speak Cantonese or English.
排除标准
- •Deceased patients;
- •Day case or day surgery patients;
- •Psychiatric and mentally handicapped patients;
- •Default case;
- •Any patients who are known to be current inpatients during interview;
- •Attendances at peadiatrics, hospice, psychiatry, dental, multi-specialty, anaesthesiology, pathology and nurse clinics.
