入选标准
- •Patient willing to participate in the study
- •-Grade III and Grade IV oral submucous fibrosis
- •-Patient willing to leave tobacco chewing habit and promised to do so after operation
排除标准
- •-Patients not willing
- •-Age > 60 years (patient with thin platysma)
- •-patient is not willing to quit the tobacco chewing habit. (non-cooperative patients)
- •-Advanced disease with premalignant and malignant changes
- •-Patient with prior neck incisions, previous radiotherapy.
- •-Generalized fibromatosis
- •-Oral manifestation of scleroderma
- •-Pale oral mucosa of anemia mimicking blanching
- •-Chronic debilitating conditions such as DM, HT, HIV etc.
